Design Charrette
While each design is unique, an architect’s portfolio will typically include only a limited number of foundation systems, wall assemblies, roof assemblies, and window details. Christine Williamson works with architects to review their most common assemblies and details, helping firms to make an honest assessment of their risk and to make adjustments to these assemblies and details as necessary. Typically, a firm will share two or three representative drawing sets and project photos, and identify any specific areas of concern in advance of a day-long charrette in which these details and assemblies are reviewed and altered.
